So I bought this HP 17 days ago and it’s had this issue since I plugged it in.. when I turn it on some days it lets me log in most days it just goes to a blue, green or pink screen, now I’ve spent hours googling on my phone with no success on how or why it does this. Honestly it’s driving me mental. I’ve done all the scans and updates and yet still the same green screen.. Any help from anyone having or had this same issue would be great. Thanks

- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Have you tried connecting a computer to an external monitor or TV?
- Could you please share the picture of the desktop display?
let’s try these steps to resolve the problem:
I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting,
If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure.
