Product: HP ENVY 23-d260qd TouchSmart All-in-One CTO Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Envy Touchsmart All-in-One 23QD Desktop, Intel Core i7-3770 3.1 ghz that I cannot get to power on or boot up or anything. 

I powered off and unplugged the computer while I was out of town for nearly 2 months.  Upon returning home and attempting to turn on and boot up the computer, I get nothing.... the only light that comes on is a steady white light on the back of the computer when I plug in the power cord to it.

When I push the "power on" button there is absolutely nothing.  

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem (s) could be or has maybe had this issue?
