I have an error code 9GBTHR-000CAA-9PXK1G-61EB03 on an older Pavilion desktop.

 

I can’t find any explanation of the code. I fully expect the hard drive to be at death’s door, but I am hoping to retrieve a few files. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No doubt the report will indicate the hard drive will need to be replaced.
