Product: OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My son's computer is constantly black screening, freezing or restarting itself. I tried to delete the partitions and reinstall windows 10 64-bit with a fresh copy from the Microsoft website. We can get all the way through the setup all the way to the part where we are about to type in what the username will be and choosing a password then the computer blackscreens and restarts! I am thinking this could be as simple as flashing the BIOS or reinstalling the latest graphics card drivers.

PLEASE HELP!

I already spoke to hp several times!

Also: None of my components are even warm to the touch.
