Desktop can't on power

My hp desktop which brought on 2011, some can on power, sometimes can't. May I know what problems with it? Is motherboard or power supply problems? Start I brought till I always didn't shut down the power supply but only pc. Will this cause my pc failure? How much estimate it cost to repair?

My desktop pc still no response. If send for service estimate how much it cost? My pc model is HP2211.

I recommend you contact HP phone support to get the estimated cost for the repair.

Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
