Desktop freeze

HP Pavilion 590-p0075xt
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My desktop often freezes and does not work when I sleep computer turned on.

In that case I cannot see any screen and my mouse and keyboard does not work.

 

I bought this desktop two weeks ago. Do I have to contact with HP and get new one? Or how can I solve it?

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

This should not be happening on a new PC. This problem is usually caused by old drivers or corrupted system files.

 

We could try troubleshooting but you should contact HP Support (Link) since you have a brand new, in warranty, PC.
