All in one desktop

I bought the HP all in one desktop about a year ago. At first its mic and camera stopped working, so the repair company took it and returned it after 6 months reportedly after replacing all internal parts.

 

Ever since they have returned it, my PC does not work without running into a blue screen freeze every 5-10 mins. Sometimes 20 mins. It gives a "Whea UNCORRECTABLE ERROR" at the bottom.

 

I have tried resetting the PC but it ends up running into an error during the reset. When I start it again, the home screen says "There was an error resetting your PC".

 

I am not sure what to do. Please help.

carry out the hardware tests to check if there is not a damaged element (hard drive for example)
