Desktop ho p7-1380t Monitor black out

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Changed to ssd and clean installation of Win10 64bit.  It worked a couple of days no issues.

But suddenly, monitor turn out black.  I followed all repair direction ( full out all ssd, dvd, changed battery,)

but still no beeping when power turn on.  All three fans are working.

What sshould I do?

Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you have installed SSD and the computer is no longer booting to the desktop, is that right?

Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

Have you tried BIOS recovery?

 

Please perform a hard reset on the computer. Click here.

Once reset is done, while holding down Win + B keys on the keyboard, turn the computer on. 

This would perform a BIOS recovery.

Please perform BIOS recovery using USB keyboard connected to the rear USB port on the computer. 

Refer to this HP Article for assistance. 

If the issue persists, disconnect the SSD and check if you are able to get a display or enter BIOS.
