Having trouble starting up my desktop computer, seems likes its going to start but then goes to blue screen and keeps on looping. I am able to access safe mode with networking which I can see all my files are still there? What is the problem and is it hard to fix and costly? Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

The issue you are facing could be a hardware or a software issue, recommend you run a system test to make sure the components are working fine.
Turn the computer On and keep tapping F2 repeatedly on startup to enter system diagnostics.
Once the computer is in system diagnostics, run a system test on your computer. Click here for assistance.
If any of the tests fail, please replace the failed component or contact our phone support for any service options available for your computer.
If all the tests pass, restart your computer and boot to safe mode with networking.
