Hello, when I try to boot up my desktop pc, I get the hp logo screen then the post screen but nothing more. If I press some keys like f9 or f10 on the bottom right it is written setup or boot menu or boot options but it stays like that forever, I can't boot from a USB key and I can't access to uefi. I've already replaced cmos battery, I also tried with another ram module but same result. Do I have to replace the motherboard or can I flash or reset cmos?

I've already replaced the PSU with a tecnoware at about 20 euro from Amazon, because the original one was faulty. I 've also replaced the original hdd with an ssd but I wonder if this pc would not be be "tattooed" with the original hdd that would mean Ineed to unlock the motherboard or the uefi to use another disk drive than  the one that was installed before
