Desktop pro G2 Keyboard and Mouse not working

HP Recommended
DTPro G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)


I am having issue with my keyboard and mouse when the computer boot the keyboard and mouse could not function again.


Even when i reboot is the same thing, i replace the keyboard and mouse is the same problem.

Your model PC has USB 2.0 ports and no PS/2 ports for keyboard or mouse -- so you are restricted to using USB mouse and keyboard.


If you can't get a keyboard to work, you're not going to be able to boot into the BIOS settings to enable Legacy USB -- if that is what is needed.


Is this PC still under the HP one-year warranty?
