Device under warranty but 'no longer serviced by HP'

HP Recommended
Prodesk 405 Desktop Mini
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I create a case for a device which is around 6 months old and is covered under warranty and according ot the HP website is "Active: Covered under Extended warranty, 32 months remaining" but the options to contact support for the device are not available and there is simply a message "This product is no longer serviced by HP. You may search for possible solutions on this support website." The device is a HP Prodesk 405 G4 Desktop mini.

How do I raise this with HP support?
