It has difficulty booting. After the window tries to boot, the screen will suddenly go blank as a tiny blinking cursor-like appears on the upper left hand side of the screen. It had been taken to the HP authorized service center in Lagos, Nigeria,(Hinckley Group) multiple times. The hard drive had been replaced. The OS had been reloaded. Yet the error persists; and it is intermittently. At one time, it will boot, at other time the error will come up. I am tired already.
