What do you mean by "set new HDD" ?

Have you run the hard disk test?

Sometimes new hard disks are faulty.

Is the blue error window seen when you power on the PC?

Are you able to boot into Windows?

That is an error seen at the firmware level by the BIOS.

Consider going to your new hard disk manufacturers website.

Download and run the manufacturer's proprietary diagnostics software to see if the hard disk has an issue.

Consider updating the BIOS to the latest version.

That may get rid of the error.

If the error does not go away, there may be issues with the hard disk controller in the motherboard chipset.

It is a three-year-old motherboard.

It is also likely to be out of warranty.

There isn't really anything else I can suggest.
