Disabled Keyboard when acitivating TPM

HP Compaq 8000 Elite
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Upgraded to Window 10 pro and attempted to activate the TPM. the operating system asked to reboot and did. Then came a black screen that stated.

"A Configuration change was requested to enable, activate, and allow a user to take ownership of this computer's embedded security device"

Note: This action will switch on the embedded security device

F1 - Activate   F2 - Reject

Since I received this screen, my keyboard a HP KUS0133 model, has be deactivated. The keyboard will not work (the keyboard worked previously). I have hard reset, and when it reboots, goes only to the above black screen and message. Looking for help to get out of this screen or have my keyboard to work to accept the control of the "security device"
