Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

We had a problem with computer freezing up. Called a number that popped up on an error message which turned out to be a bad move. Replaced the hard drive but computer still kept freezing so we took it to a pc repair shop. They installed Windows 10 and fixed the virus. However I cannot connect to the internet.  Have been told the motherboard will not support Windows 10 and need a new motherboard. What are my options.

Windows 10 should be ok to run on your machine, Please try

  • Download the following driver (from other computer, copy to USB flash drive) and install to your computer,
  • Use a LAN cable to connect computer to Internet and run Windows updates (may need to run few times),
  • It will find other drivers and install thm for you.
