Doesn't turn on. No noise or lights. Ac adapter IS functional. What is wrong?

While working on computer, it just turned off. I can't turn it back on. No lights or noises. I have tested wall outlet and AC adapter. They both work. What is wrong?

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
Please reply with the details for further assistance.

I have tried following suggestions on troubleshooting including holding down power button for period of time to see if light blinks. I have tested power outlet and ac adapter. They are good. I get no lights or noise when pushing power button. It happened earlier this week in the middle of using computer. It just turned off abruptly. I have also removed any devices that would interfere with booting up. Just left keyboard and mouse.

@SWTcat2000 Thank you for the information, that said, here's what I suggest:
Perform a hard reset (Remove all cables from the AIO, hold the power button in for 30 seconds, reconnect the cables and restart the PC)
Restart the computer and check if that works fine, if it doesn't, this could be a hardware malfunction within the adapter port on the computer and it may require a repair/replacement.
let me know how that goes.
