Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded windows 10 to my 16gb flash drive because I had problems I’m the loop boot and no options on the blue screen worked. My next issue is that on step one “collecting information” when trying to download windows 10 to my second laptop. It says “where do you want to install windows?” There is only one option and it says ( Drive 0 unallocatedSpace ) total size 0.0 MB free space 0.00MB it doesn’t let me click next. I’ve contacted windows about 7 times trying to fix the boot loop hopefully you could help

That message about 0.0MB indidicates that the BIOS thinks your drive has absolutely no free space and the drive basically does not exist.  There is nothing we here can do about that.  The indication is that your drive has failed and you would need to replace it before you could reinstall Windows.

To check the drive you have to follow these steps:
1) Press Esc key repeatedly, several times a second, while rebooting the laptop. Do NOT hold the key down, just press it over and over.
2) Eventually, you will see an HP Startup Menu -- that will look similar to the image below ...
HP Startup Menu.jpg
3) press the Function key for testing the hard drive (usually F2) and let it run.
