Hi everyone,

I will go direct into my problem.

I have an "EliteDesk 800 G2 TWR" PC, and is working normally with no issue at all.

The issue started when I bought a new MeeTion gaming keyboard with model No "MT-C500 Keyboard" to replace the HP keyboard.

 

The PC just freezes at boot process exactly during POST stage, no response from the keyboard either, all I can do is to turn it off with power button.

 

If I disconnect the keyboard, power on the PC, and wait for 2 seconds to bypasss the POST process then reconnect the keyboard,  it boots up normally to the windows and the keyboard works with no issue.

 

So obviously, the PC is not able to recognize this keyboard during POST stage. I upgraded the BIOS and no luck.

 

Anyone managed to fix this one?
