Enter CURRENT Password Failed Hp Mini 1000

Can't get past the: Enter CURRENT Pasword on my Hp mini. I tried the password >  e9lo7u1qpu

but no luck. The error code it gives at the bottom is CNU9279QPL which im guessing isn't a error code but the s/n instead.

This is for Hp mini 1000 Model# 1151NR

Thank you. When I go to contact options, It says to go to the communtiy or a service center. How can I speak to someone about it? Is there a phone number I can call ?
