Envy 23 will not complete the start-up process

Envy 23 ALL in One

I am unable to access my computer.  The Start-up stops at random areas, but I have gotten as far as the sign in screen, but it never completes the boot.  I did do a diagnostic, and found Failure ID 9086MG-72F940-PXP961-60R803.

What device was it testing, when it reported that error?

 

My guess is that the disk-drive is in "imminent failure" status, and must be replaced.
