Envy 750 won’t boot and won’t open system recovery options.

Envy 750-624
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Pc won’t boot up, I keep getting a hard disk error but every time I run the system tests, fast quick and extensive everything passes except for the optimized dst check which just says not available. I’ve tried the windows key + B to run the bios update but I can’t get it to work. I’ve also tried rolling back the bios via firmware management but it says it’s unable to do it. I’ve hard reset the machine I don’t know how many times and when I let it try to boot it just stays in the hp screen for a while then gives me the driver watchdog screen saying it ran into a problem it will restart it for me. It turns off then I hear two long beeps a pause then 2 quick beeps.  Tech support said it’s a ram issue but I don’t think that is the case. If it just needs a bios update to complete then I need to know how to go about that but if it’s a new hdd then I’m out some money and that’s what I’d like to avoid. Please help.
