Pls help me find bitlocker key

Hi

 

The forum can't help you with this if you are locked out of the PC. And your Login is requiring a BitLocker key.

 

I bet you have W11 Home. HP sets up W11 Home Device Encryption at the factory. Device Encryption is similar to BitLocker which is available on W11 Pro version.

 

You would have needed to have backed up this key prior to having a login problem.

 

You will probably be advised to Contact HP Support: https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html  for assistance.
