Hi,

I’ve recently bought the desktop computer but my Fn key is not activated. Always I need to press Fn plus the function keys f1-f12 to work.

I don’t want to press Fn key every time, It make slower my work. I’ve tried with bios setup option but no option with actions keys came. Please see attached keyboard & boot options.

If you could help me regarding this, that would be much appreciated. Thank you

@Enam

From your screenshot, it looks like some of the function keys are dual purpose, that is, they have two functions.

That being the case, there has to be a way to choose one function or the other, and that way is by pressing the Fn key.

There is a freeware product known as FastKeys that will allow you to remap key functions.  If you experiment with it, you might be able to remap the function keys so that you don't have to press Fn.

Good Luck
