I have a hp desktop and had my hair cut yesterday from long to short now the facial recognition can't recognize me. How do I set this up again?

People also get problem when sign in after shaving too. Please try the following solution

 

  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4023510/surface-troubleshoot-problems-with-windows-hello-on...

 

It is for Surface machines but for Windows 10 in general.
