Computer was running fine with 24 inch LG VGA monitor. Added second 27 inch LG HDI monitor (main monitor). Computer fails to boot if I turn on PC and then immediately turn on 27 inch monitor. If I wait 10 seconds between starting PC and turning on monitor every thing is ok. When fails the blue circle starts to spin and windows boot does not occur. Monitor give error that it is not connected.

I suggest that you run the updates from HP Support Assistant by following the steps listed below:
- In Windows, search for and open HP Support Assistant, or click the app icon
in the taskbar.
- On the My Dashboard tab, find your computer, and then click Updates.
- Wait while HP Support Assistant analyzes the system.
- After the analysis completes, select the listed updates, download and install the updates, and then follow any on-screen instructions.
- If prompted, restart the computer, and then close the tool.

I previously update all drivers and it didn't help. Tried updating again and still fails. This issue I believe is hardware related. There is a current surge that prevents the hard drive from mounting I get the blue circle and then error from monitor.
