I desperately need help. My HP is only 4 years old, and it stops, goes black,
and I have to restart by turning off the on button. Control alt -delete does not work.
any suggestions on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

If it is a hard drive failure code, you will have to install a new drive and reinstall the operating system.
