Failure ID: 9GA864-8G19PD-GXPT7G-60VR03

I ran a couple test and they both came back with this failure ID. It states that it is a Hard Drive failure of hard drive 1. Is there anyway to fix this without replacing the hard drive? Or is replacing the hard drive the only way? Thank you.

Hi:

The error code reported...Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure

You will need to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

You can reinstall W10 for free by using the HP cloud recovery client utility.
