Failure code 030

Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Purchased an Envy x360 laptop in August 2016.  Took into BestBuy Geek Squad in July 2017 for Hard Drive replacement.  Computer was sent to HP for service through Geek Squad in July 2017.  Computer worked for a few days after it was returned.  How experiencing Failure Code 303.

 

How should we proceed?

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting error code 303 on your notebook. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

This could be a issue with the notebook hard drive.

Did you run diagnostics on the note book?

If not Click here and refer the document to run diagnostics.

 

Reply with the result of the above-mentioned steps, for further assistance.
