Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hola, actualizar los drivers y BIOS en equipo sin garantía porque el táctil estaba fallando y ahora me sale este error, he visto en los foros que debo acudir a HP Center para solución, estoy en zona rural no hay ninguno cerca. Alguna solución con herramientas que pueda hacer. Tengo los datos de serial y producto, pero no encuentro foro del uso de la herramienta. Gracias.
