Hi, @Gurdip_Singh
No HP consumer or business desktop PC generates a system disabled code.
Most of them have a clear password jumper on the motherboard that allows a user to clear the BIOS P/W.
See the link below under the I/O Ports and Jumpers section for your model's motherboard for how to clear the BIOS P/W.

To clear the P/W, you would shut down and unplug the PC.
Remove the jumper from the Password header.
Plug in and turn on the PC.
The BIOS P/W should now be cleared.
Shut down and unplug the PC.
Replace the jumper from whence it came.
Plug in and turn on the PC.
