I am not able to do the shift and restart method as there is no option in troubleshooting to do so

Restart into "normal" mode, until you get to the Windows login screen.

Then, hold down the SHIFT key, and use the controls in the bottom-right to click on 'Restart'.

under the troubleshoot there are only two things those are UEFI firmware settings and startup settings

That seems to be options shown by the motherboard, not options shown much later by the Windows "startup" processing.

 

Anything "under" those "startup settings" ?
