When I add a second hard drive (as a data drive) I get four beeps and the Red LED flashes four times. When I unplug the second hard drive, the machine boots up fine.

I just replaced the PSU with (what appears to be) an authentic HP OEM part (but I bought it off ebay). Here is the replacement PSU I bought:

Prior to replacing the PSU, this computer worked fine with TWO drives.

Then one day, the computer wouldn't boot. There was no green light on the motherboard and it wouldn't post. No LED's whatsoever. So I replaced it with the PSU that I linked to on ebay.

The PSU looks identical to the one that was originally in my computer, except on the R2 Power plug, on the original PSU, there is a black cable, but on the new PSU, there is not black cable.

Thanks in advance.
