Product: HP EliteDesk 800G3 SFF
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
PC could not start so managed to run Hard Disk Test and got the following results: HARD DISK SHORT DST: FAILED FAILURE ID: UEF8QC - 000A4N - NH10QK - 619XO3 PRODUCT ID: Y2263AV Hard Disk 1 Thank you in advnace

it looks like your computer is still under warranty
If this is the case, I invite you to contact the after-sales service in your country, the hard drive certainly requires a replacement!
Covered under Manufacturer warranty , 9 months remaining
