Hello,

I need to boot my computer from the USB key yo install Windows 10, and impossible to acced to the boot!

Tryied for hours with Microsoft assistance, but they don't know to find the way to do it with a HP computer.

Someone can help me, please?

There are two different approaches to bringing up the Boot Devices menu:

1) Pressing them Esc key repeatedly while rebooting.  This should bring up a Start Menu and from there, you should be able to select the Boot Devices menu

2) Pressing the F9 key repeatedly while rebooting.  This should bring up the Boot Devices menu.

If neither of these work, then try the USB stick in another PC to confirm it is bootable.
