HP 22 all-in-one, NO POWER at all!

HP 22
Hi All, I had a power supply failure when using the desktop. Have purchased a new HP power supply but there are no signs of life at all with the desktop. No on-button led, no fan, not even the power led on the motherboard....
Was wondering if there was a fuse on the motherboard that I should check - not really expecting it to be that simple 🙂
Please helppppp....

Hi Ajabe

What did you see or hear when the power supply failed?

It sounds like the power supply failure may have caused collateral damage to a component on the motherboard or the motherboard itself. Open it up and inspect the motherboard for any unusual signs of thermal damage.

Or you may have received a defective replacement  power supply from HP.

You may want to have a local PC tech check it out. There is no reliable way to troubleshoot this hardware problem in a forum.

Grzy
