Product: HP 280 G2 Microtower PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
Hi all
Strange problem here. I have an HP 280 G2 desktop PC With an i3 6th gen and it has run perfectly fine without missing a beat, but it's done a BIOS update that has caused the screen not to turn on when you turn the PC on.
When the PC ran the BIOS update, I received a "bios update completed successfully" note on the screen but the screen has been off ever since and I am now concerned?
If I turn the PC on, I can see the power light come on and it sounds like it boots but zero happens on the screen.
Can anyone provide any feedback or assistance please? Anything is much appreciated.
Thanks
Sean
