HP 290 G1 MT Business makes 3 long beeps and two short beeps on startup with a blank screen

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my HP 290 G1 MT Business makes three long beeps and two short beeps on startup with no display. Tried removing the RAMs and cleaning the memory slot but all to no avail. I also tried using working RAMs and changed the CMOS battery but it still didn't change anything. Swapped harddisks also but it didn't work.

Just a guess: add-in a video-adapter card, and connect a spare monitor to it.

This might cause the motherboard to "ignore" the onboard video, in favour of the add-in card.
