HP 550 Desktop 550a114 Error 511 Error on bootup

HP Pavillion 550-a114
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When booting up the computer I get the message that the CPU fans are not working (error 511), and the computer stops and I have to press F-1 for the computer to finish booting up. Once the computer is booted up, it works fine until turned off. I would like to get this problem corrected so I don't have to worry about this again on this computer.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.
