HP 19 ALL IN ONE .....MDL - 19-2113W
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Went to pc to turn it on and ...Nothing...

1st.... checked power source...GOOD..

2nd check rear of Unit ..Has small light by power input slot.....

3rd Removed power plug from unit and held down on/off button for 2 minutes reincerted power plug pushed on/off switch anf nothing again...

Awesome job on diagnosing the issue correctly and performing smart troubleshooting before posting your question on HP forums. Kudos to you on that score. 


In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?


Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it resolves the issue.


If you continue to face to the issue, I recommend you contact HP phone support to further diagnose the issue.


Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.

  1. Click on this link –
  2. Click on “Continue as guest”.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on “Show Options”.
  6. Fill the web-form.
  7. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
