HP Eliteone 800 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have a HP Eliteone 800 G3 booting up with POST error code 2.4 (2 long, 4 short beeps) which indicates BIOS Boot lock.
I have tried recovering with the Windows + B keypress  but it still goes through to error beeps.
I have downloaded the bios update from HP using my product id (sp101184), but when I try to run the software to create a recovery USB it tells me the bios file is missing or corrupted.  I have tried downloading several times with out any success.

Anyone have any ideas how I can reflash this bios?

PS I have tried the cmos reset button on the motherboard also.

Regards,
Phil
