HP All In One Randomly Freezes Up

Product: HP Envy All In One Model # 24-9216
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My All in One randomly freezes up and will not allow me to do anything. The mouse pointer won’t move and it just sits there like there is something running in the background but never changing the screen. Very strange issues. It’s especially bad when you leave it idle for a few minutes. Normally a good restart can solve these types of things but not this issue.... NEED HElP!
