HP All In One model 27-r114 wont boot up

My HP All In One got stuck after performing updates and wouldn't boot up.  After running System Diagnostics, I received the following error message "Couldn't get BuildID from BIOS string...'.

I created a recovery file but that did not to correct the problem.

I have gone thru many YouTube videos on what to try, but no luck.  

Please help me so that I can continue to work from home.  Nancy

@NancyG2 Have you reset the computer to release excessive static? If not, use the below steps:

• Ensure your device is OFF.
• Unplug all the external devices (If any).
• Disconnect the power cord from the PSU,
• Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
• Connect the power supply (power cord).
• Press the power button to turn on your desktop.
