HP Recommended

Our HP All In One computer updated and now it won't let me log in.  I've turned it off (several times) and when I turn it back on it says "the system didn't shut down correctly'" then will go (slowly) to the log in screen. When I put the pin in, it just spins and spins and spins and won't log in.

 

I've tried hitting the escape button repeatedly as I've seen suggested - nothing. I've tried hitting F11 as I've also seen suggested - nothing there either. 

 

Any help would be appreciateed.
