HP All-in-One - 23-r117c AIO Bios was corrupt, bios successfully recovered but will not start

The computer was brought to me by a family member and Its last response was a blue screen then tried to repair, the repair was unresponsive, then I was able to get it n my possession, tried to start it and it would not boot to windows at all. It would start and quickly flash like a cmd prompt screen for just a second, I was not able to read what is said or was displaying and followed all the suggested fixed for recovering the bios, system recovery was not working and I don't have the original CD to try to restore that way but, I could never get the computer to fully boot to windows. ren the bios recovery and, got the message" it successfully resorted bios" and proceeded to restart the computer and, no go, no boot to windows. Tried to upgrade the bios as well and form the version it had kept getting the message that the bios could not be validated and I took it from the HP website for driver and downloads, downloaded all three bios updates available and can not get it to take either of the bios updates. get the same message, bios can not be validated. I made the recovery USB  3 times neither of them worked, tried recovery of bios once more form partition and it says successfully but I'm running out of options, for some reason, it will not boot from bios to OS.  I get the same error as the beginning when I got the computer. The computer boots up and then flashes a cmd prompt screen the goes straight to the recovery of your pc options for windows. What options should I try before I tell my Aunt her computer has had it? Trying to help her out because she doesn't have the fund to get a new one and it just happened so abruptly. It was just fine one day, then the next it could not see the OS and now the Bios is crap. Could it be a virus? Please any ideas would help.

@RikRam I suggest we try the BIOS recovery again, however, this time:

Let's perform a power reset as per HP standards, first:

Ensure your device is OFF.

Unplug all the external devices (If any).

Disconnect the power from the computer

Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.

Connect the power supply

Press the power button to turn on your device and check if the issue persists.

If the issue persists, after the above steps, try the below:

To recover an earlier version of the BIOS on your computer:

1. Turn off the computer.

2. With the computer off, press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time.

3. Still pressing those keys, press and hold the Power button on the computer for 2 to 3 seconds, and then release the Power button but continue to hold the Windows and B keys until the BIOS update screen displays or you hear a beeping sound (usually 8 beeps).

   NOTE: 

   If the key presses do not work, press and release the Power button, and then immediately, press the Windows and B keys at the same time, repeatedly, until the computer beeps or opens the BIOS update screen.

   The power LED light remains on, and the screen remains blank for about 40 seconds before anything displays on the monitor. You might also hear beeping sounds. Eventually, an HP BIOS Update screen displays and the BIOS update begins automatically.

   

   • If the HP BIOS Update screen displays proceed to the next step.

   • If the HP BIOS Update screen does not display, do one of the following depending on the condition:

   • Computer starts into Windows: The computer starts into Windows if the power button and keys are released too soon. Repeat the previous steps, holding the power button down for 2 or 3 seconds.

   • Power LED light turns off: The computer turns off if the power button is pressed and held down too long. Repeat the previous steps, holding the power button down for between 2 and 3 seconds.

   • After repeated attempts, the HP BIOS Update screen does not open: Your computer does not support this function or it has a hardware problem that is preventing the tool from opening.
