HP All in One Won’t Come On

HP18 All In One Serial #4CE4080R6D
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

When I went to turn my computer back on nothing happens. It worked the night before with no problems. The only light that’s on is where you plug in the adapter.

Thanks

HP All in One Won’t Come On

@dburroughs

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.

I understand that your HP18 All In One is not powering on. This seems to be a Hardware issue

I suggest you remove the Ac Adapter, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.

Plug back the Ac Adapter and upon powering on the computer keep tapping on F10 till you see the System Configuration Screen ( BIOS )

If you are unable to get to the BIOS please contact our Phone Support for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device. You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating your Serial Number.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

6) Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Keep me posted how it goes

Thank you 🙂
