Hello,
I hope you can help me. My HP All in one computer (purchased in Sept. 23) suddenly will not turn on. The light is on in the back when attached to the power cord so I know power is getting to the computer but when I press the power button nothing happens. I have tried plugging it directly into the wall, switching out the HP power cord that also works, and even different outlets. I cannot hear anything happening inside, fans or anything, when I hold the power button down. Is it possible to fix this issue or is my computer dead? Please advise.
Thank you

Hi @Freya12
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Your PC should be in warranty. Contact HP Support for warranty service if the PC is unresponsive when you depress the power button.
This Forum cannot fix a high level hardware problem.
