All in one

First it did the 3 low beeps and 4 high beeps 5 times, then gave me a black screen saying random things.
I did the virtual assistant and disconnect from the back and turned back on. Then it was stuck on the screen when you push a key and put in password. Stuck there so turned off and turned on pressed F2. Now stuck back on password screen

Since the PC is a desktop, this HP thread describes the different blink and beep codes: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07107?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0001

If you CAN, to find out the problem, you would need to be able run hardware diagnostics by pressing the Esc key repeatedly and then, when the HP Startup Menu appears, select Diagnostics (usually F2) and let it run.

So it’s working now. My husband repaired the C drive (I think. I’m not tech savvy) should I still do the escape keep process?

IF the repair have stopped the beeping and it's working OK, there's no real reason to do anything more at this point.

Good luck with it.
