Product: HP 24-k0017a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since I ran an HP recommended SSD update, my computer tells me my PIN number is no longer recognised and asked for a password instead. I have never set up a password as my PIN has always worked before.

I would be grateful for any ideas I cannot get passed the login screen "Thanks HP !!!!!"

@Kevin-650 -- I have never set up a password.

 

OK. Does pressing ENTER at the prompt work?

 

Beyond that, the Rules of Participation for this discussion forum do not allow any bypassing of any passwords.
