Compaq 6000 Pro SFF
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello everyone, I was recently given an HP Compaq 6000 Pro Small Form Factor (SFF) PC to fix as it was not booting to Windows 7. That was an easy fix, but now the computer does some strange things when you try to power it on. If you plug it in, it immediately turns on just to immediately turn off (the monitor doesn't even get the chance to display a signal), and the HDD Activity light stays on. After this happens pressing the power button does absolutely nothing. It also turned on and off on loop once for some reason as well. My guess to the problem is PSU/motherboard failure, or there is (hopefully) something less major that is wrong with the PC. It was working completely fine 1 week ago, and it was unplugged since. This started happening just as I plugged it back in to see if everything was still working okay. The first time it shut off randomly, the monitor it was plugged into did display something for about half a second.

Any ideas?
